I wan't to start making my own models and creating my own animations for the models but I have no idea on how to do that, can anyone give me tips on what are the easiest and the most noob friendly programs I could use?

I usualy use Milkshape for structures and blender for organic units that require more fluid animations. Then I use Magos wc3 model editor to finalize, adding attachment points, event objects etc. If I texture I use Gimp. All but Milkshape is free, and Milkshape is fairly cheap and not really needed, but VERY easy to use.

Thanks a lot, I wan't to start of by creating Zerg buidlings, should I use Milkshape or blender?

Blender has no proper importer/exporter from/to WC3 (only old unmaintained plugins that don't support animations, or really anything beside geosets and maybe materials to some extent).
Use 3ds Max or Gmax with NeoDex.

Posting on the correct forum can also help.

Thanks, I wasn't sure where to post. I have a questiom, can't I just use blender to make the model then open it with another program to export it to WC3 file format?
