Any ping-meter would you recommend to me?

I'm looking for a software like DU meter ( Download and Upload meter) but measures PING (Every second) which runs in background... I'm not asking for sites like http://speedtest.net/... Thanks for the refer.. I'm having a hard time looking through Google and found nothing but fake/virus...

If you are running Windows, open a new terminal (or "command prompt") and type ping <location>. Ping is the time needed for a network packet to travel from its source to its destination, so unless you're troubleshooting a network (or something similar), there's no need to have your computer sending packets all the time.
