Second: create models of fusions between different type of heroes (i hope you have a max of 3 other heroes) Create a vague one to fit other heroes.
Third: Set HERO1 = Casting hero (Fusion hero)
Set HERO2 = Target of ability beeing cast.
Hide HERO 1 & HERO2 and change owner to neutal hostile.
Create new transform hero on place of HERO1
(If unittype of HERO2 is ... then ... else do nothing, etc.)
Set HEROTRANS = last created unit
Set exp of hero to exp of HERO1+HERO2 /2
Wait 3 min
Move HERO1 & HERO2 instantly to position of HEROTRANS
Change owner
Remove HEROTRANS from the game
