Do try Outsider's "The Last Guardian". It's probably one of the best available, at least in my opinion. As for other interesting ones, well, I'd recommend

lol, I'm so stupid. The original poster asked about campaigns other than DotD and LotC and I ignored the title and linked him DotD and LotC (as well as TLG)... Must be getting old

Sorry TitaniumBlades. No more WC3 campaigns. I have moved on to StarCraft 2. Maybe when WC4 is released I'll return to WC related stories. But I am happy to see the WC3 community is still going strong.
