another WEU question

Where do i edit the icons i make in WEU main menu? any old editing tool?

Edit: actually i know where can someone plzz tell me y when i try to change the color on the white spot it won't change? i can olny make it black

well in WEU u can make icons... of course u probably know that... well when i make an icon and i open it to test it is all white except for the border and the white part i can olny make black no other color... so my question is how can i make it a different color?
