Animtransfer and Mdlvis

Where can I download animtransfer and Mdlvis? I searched them in google but animtransfer said that it doesn't work. And Mdlvis is hard to find. Where can I get these tools? Please help

Anyways, you can find MDLvis on xgm.ru. (yes the english version is there too.)
Animtransfer, is harder to find since the last time ive seen, oinkerwinkle's site is down

As far as I'm aware you can't mention that site here pkw, it's got rips and shit.
