An upright shooting cannon

I need a cannon that goes upright when in attack animation but not during its stand animation and has a simple death animation.

Create any cannon you like as long as it follows all the requirements stated above.

A cannon cannot aim directly up as the projectile would land back at the cannon.

Yeah, a mortar but when it shoots, it goes upright, meaning the missile will be launched straight up/vertically.
