You should make the bullets on the ground the same size as the ones in the box, though.
give that ammo box some thickness. Right now it is made of a double sided paper-thick plane. It won't cost you much more filesize or polygons to add thickness, if you don't double side it.
No problem. Though I couldn't help but notice you clicked the "Two-Sided" filter in magos. Let me explain how that filter works. It duplicates your model and turns all the duplicated faces created around, so that they can be viewed from the other side too, while essentialy DOUBLING your polygon count. If you fear a few polygons from thickening the box, you might want to turn that filter off. Also, if you need a double sided face in one of your models, but don't want the rest of the model to be double sided, you can just select them in Milkshape (or whatever vertex editing program you use), duplicate them and turn their edges yourself. (In milkshape that would be Ctrl+D to duplicate, then Ctrl+Shift+F to turn the faces.)Actually when I made it I was thinking the same, yet I feared it would be additional useless polys and increase the file size, but I agree it could definitely use some thickness. I'll improve that, thanks!
No problem bro, always happy to helpThat's right, I ticked two-sided because the box was composed of basically 4 planes, but now it's thicker, I completely forgot about that 8)
About the item version, well it is supposed to be used as an item ^^ Maybe you mean like Warcraft items and make it rotate? That was too "cartoonesque" for my map, but I can do it if you really need it.
Edit : thanks for the double side tip, that was basically the issue with this model, I'll work on that.
