Nice and creative, but you should add something to the left side. I smell emptyness there.

The terrain itself is ok, and the background is really cool!

I'd suggest you to do something about the shadows on the right area, it looks confusing.

It would look so much better imo if you removed all those pipes and things and replace it with a small lake or somthing. Anyway besides that it looks nice +rep

I don't agree with you Dr. House. By removing the hand the terrain wouldn't have a point. It looks really interesting now then it would if it was removed.

It's a bit difficult to see what all that trash is supposed so be
Overall the terrains okay, but it needs refining.
You've got a lighting problem in the bottum right corner, you should try finding a light source doodad import to fill in that cell where the lighting isn't working right.
Also, next time could you make the image a bit bigger so it's easier to see?
