Alternate Animation when casting spells

Hey guys me again I know I've been asking a lot lately but I was wondering is it possible for a unit to cast spells with its alternate form. for example the druid of the talon cast tornado and changes his form into a crow automatically and after the spell he changes back (NEform)?
 
What Dee-Boo said was pretty accurate for an alternate form cast, but if you want them to stay in the form your going to need triggers.

Here's how to do what you asked for in your example with the crow form.
