Alter XP Gain like damage

As far as I know, there is no easy way of doing that.

The hard way of doing it (that I personally have NOT made... Yet?) is to change game-play constants to always give 0 exp and then trigger the exp-gain on a death-event (with all the correct filtering, checking for nearby allies to "exp share" etc.). Of course with such a trigger, you can check the unit or hero level and add whatever exp you want and have whatever modifiers you want.
