An altar to the Gnoll is a nice thing, and this is mostly well-executed. There's an issue I spot at it, though. Using doodad trees in buildings is never a good idea. Not only they tend to be confused at first glance with actual lumber-resource trees...

Works in-game, performs appropriately and is a good addition to the model section.

There's an issue I spot at it, though. Using doodad trees in buildings is never a good idea. Not only they tend to be confused at first glance with actual lumber-resource trees, but also their textures have way too high contrast to be plausible to use in a building along with other regular textures. Check Altar of Elders, or other MPQ buildings which have trees. You may find a more suitable tree texture. Or model a tree yourself, or at least use the Canopy Tree, which is more detailed and a bit softer.

Awaiting update.
