Lighting is rather inconsistent. It seems like you've got another light source coming from the bottom of the unit. The only viable light source in Warcraft is sunlight. Therefore, all lighting should be directed top down. Try working a bit more on defining it.

Does this texture no longer work? I followed every step exactly and it will not appear on my map.

Edit FIXED: The texture path for the Thunder Lizard has changed. Textures\ThunderLizard.blp must now be used if you want to use this skin.
