[General] Allowing spell to target ground

Targeting types are hard coded for spells other than Channel. You'll have to base it off a spell that already targets ground, or off of Channel.

@shadowsince the spell is not a channel ability

every spell could make based on channel only difference few ability is instant, channel no, but in your case this is indifferent because your ability must be point target not instant.

(anyway if u use blink and others maybe u can base on summon abilities but i am sure its senseless, channel better)

He doesn't mean a channel ability, he means the ability called "Channel", which is basically a dummy ability that can have its base order ID changed and has different targeting options.
