Allow .lua file-ending for attachments

Hey @Ralle,

could you maybe add .lua and .ts to the list of allowed file-endings for post attachments? :)
I had to rename a few files to .lua.txt, which caused a bit of trouble on the downloading user's side.

Also, it would be great, if you could allow the [Lua] prefix in the Tutorial subforum, as you did with the Code-subforum.

Attaching Lua-files now works as intended.

I am aware of the Lua-codetag. By "[Lua]-prefix in the tutorial subforum", I was actually referring to the Thread title prefix. JASS/AI is available, but [Lua] is missing:
