One .ai file/script is added to the import manager but there are up to 4 computer users run this script. I doubt this would cause a problem but does anyone know for sure?
This is how the standard melee AI works which supports multiple copies of the same race and difficulty so I doubt it will cause a problem directly. Those scripts might be written in such a way to avoid conflicts if run for multiple players, so care should be taken if any logical resources such as variables are somehow shared.
From my experience writing campaign AI, shared scripts are safe. Not sure if there are restrictions, given that campaign AI tends to be straightforward for 90% of the time.
