I'm no blender but what kind of conversion? Convert between zbrush - blender, or convert it to warcaft?
And I wonder how you named those images? XD

lol i thiught you named them manually.
I'm pretty sure the only way to safely convert them to mdx is by using 3dsmax + Neodex plugin. You can export as .3ds in Blender and import it to 3dsmax and export it to mdx. I'm pretty sure .3ds file with contain the data as it's.
