Consult the spell import documentation and creator about this. Generally we can not help you solve this.
I can say that most well made spells however simply require you to copy the one trigger into your map and then all supporting libraries which tat uses into the header if they are not already there. Finally just set the spell up, and configure it so it triggers on your dumy spell and does the right damage etc.
Again, I advise consulting the actual spell, its documentation and the author to solve this as they will be far more help than anyone here. If the spell does not have any documentation, then please link to it so it can be rejected as all approved spells should have import documentation.
