Advanced tab

so i just installed warcraft 3 yesterday, so i started messing around with world editor and watching videos, now i've seen an advanced tab in some but when i go back to my editor there is not a tab at all that says that..any idea why ?

You mean the drop-down menu option at the top between Tools and Module? That should be in every WE install. Did you update by logging in to Battle.net?

What WC3 language do you use?

this is for the old WC3 not the reforged, i just did that and didn't do anything

Your warcraft language, is it English?

In addition, look carefully on the top left side of the editor. It's easy to miss because there's so many information there. Would be nice to bring out a screenshot of the editor so we can have a general idea of what's missing (perhaps there's more to it than it seems).

yes it is set as english

Do you use the Reign of Chaos version? To me that looks like RoC World Editor. Only TFT has this Advanced Tab.

I guess he means the Tool Palette.
Go to Layer->Click at Units for example and it'll pop up.

ohhh ok then thats the problem, yes i do have RoC, i didnt know RoC didnt have it, i guess thats my answer, thanks yall
