Advanced Game Interface

In the advanced-->game interface menu, I changed the race names (both Text-General-'Human' and Text-General-'Human:') but when I saved and started the map, nothing had changed, it still read Human as the race. I also had this no change problem when I editted the Icon-Command-BasicStructure field to a working icon I had imported but I still saw no change in game. Could someone please let me know what I am missing? Thanks!

Maybe you didn't change all those race things in text.
Also, if everything is like in normal wc3, then you got something wrong with your map. You have to remember what are the last few things you done in map. If there was some importing, delete it, and it should work. I had the same problem, and I had to remove custom Loading Screen Text.

Maybe you have imported txt file in your map!
For example you impoted script that change wc3 font! This will remove any interface changes!

Yes, -Kobas- is right. I had the same issue, and I remember a thread like this. ap0calypse, a map mod, answered that you need to import a file called 'war3mapthings.txt'.

Lucky I downloaded it, 'coz I forgot the thread!
