Additional maps to the Primary

Hi i was wondering how you make additional maps to your primary map.
For example on the Rexxar campaign, there you could travel to other maps. You would enter a region and a new map would start to load. There you could do missions and still have your character the same level and with the same items.

So how do i do the same thing, connect other maps with my current one?

Simple just make when a unit enter an region to go to that camp map.At least i think its so!

Look here for some basic help. Be aware that if you're using the most recent patch of Warcraft you need to follow the directions in this post.

You can either create a big size map,have some areas outside boundaries and fogged,and then use a trigger when unit goes to X region move him to the wanted region(which is supposed to be out of map).

If you are making a campaign then you can use many maps.
