Can somebody write me a jasscode to convert 95 items, names, description and icon with its given ability. Tried using triggers but only works for a singular item and doesn't change the whole item type.

Can somebody write me a jasscode to convert 95 items, names, description and icon with its given ability. Tried using triggers but only works for a singular item and doesn't change the whole item type.​
