Add team color to a custom skin

I have taken the VillagerMale file and have began editing it. I am a little new to skinning and need to know how to create team color on the skin. I know it has to do with the alpha channel but not to sure how to do it.

Help would be appreciated.

As long as the file you're editing has an Alpha Channel you just have to go over the area with the eraser tool. Be warned, though. Only some parts (geosets) of the model have their materials (modeling phrase) set to Team Colored. So you may only give him a big hole wherever you erase.
