activate/deactivate/modify gameplay constants in-game

well... i want to make a mode that allows you to choose between global XP and non global XP... if there isn't a way to modify them in-game ill have to make a trigger to distribute XP every time a creep dies... i already have one... but i don't know if it is gonna lag or something if i extend that trigger to affect all the heroes in a AoS map

I believe there is a trigger action to modify share XP range for individual heroes, but I don't think many of the other gameplay constants can be modified.
