Hmm... But why? Some users have their own groups, but why did it had to stop? Is it because of too much groups or not being used?

For now, it seems fixed now with the groups you have to choose is your own choices instead of new ones.

Could be the reason. I was about to make a Programming group until I couldn't find a button how to. Should a filter be made? Its probably for the purpose of further preventing the cause of the spread of useless groups.

I still say all groups should be deleted. If they're actually useful, make a forum for them. There's no reason to have a lame Facebook/Myspace app.
