do these games can only be playable online or it has a part for local multi-playing and single plays?

just a lazy question since I don't use steam and looking for an alternatives instead of the online games

i only own orcs must die! which "was" a fun game, but because there was no multiplayer what so ever, it got boring pretty fast

I've played Dungeon Defenders
and believe me I was HeLL bored with it on singleplayer, might be cool with more people but haven't played multi yet

Yeah, Tower Defense is much more pleasurable in multiplayer.

as far as I know, orcs must die is only single player, though it does use steam for DRM, so you'll need to use it to connect at least once. Then you can just keep steam in offline mode and it'll be fine
