Where is the sound the abomination says "Ahh fresh meat!" located?

it should be its ready sound.
Just go to the sound editor and look for its ready.

Just set the ability's option called "Sound - Effect Sound" like I did on the Screenshot below:

The sound should be located somewhere on the Human TFT Campaign files. I never tried the way referred by Zynk, though.
