Ability to make buildings invulnerable?

I'd like to create an ability which can be cast by a Town Hall and makes units/structures within the range of the ability turn invulnerable too?

It's similar with Big Bad Voodoo but It doesn't seem to work when it is cast by a structure. Any suggestion?

Just so you know, Big Bad Voodoo has a bug for buildings.

It comes down to this:
For units, the invulnerability range is dependant on the "Area of Effect"-value.
For buildings, however, this is dependant on the "Cast range"-value.

That's just some typical Blizz-stuff.
(At least, it was like this in the past - maybe the patches changed that silly bug).

I observed earlier that my buildings get invulnerable then vulnerable simultaneously. But it was pretty quick like half a second intervals.
