I've created a hero ability to place buildings based on Tiny Scout Tower. I've set it as not an item ability. It displays (and works) properly when I select only the hero.
If other units are selected too, its icon doesn't show in the action menu. (regardless if it is set to hero ability or not, its button position is also set)
With Night Elf ability Hide / Shadowmeld it works regardless of do the other units have the ability. (E.g. Warden can Hide if Moonwells are selected).
What gives?
