Alright, I'm going to try texture individuals as opposed to just random ideas. So, here, Abelard, the novice mage.

His peaceful and uneventful existence was cut short the moment he chose to go against his kin for the sake of a sharadar anarchist, with whom he is currently traveling"
Note, I will try to represent said anarchist as well.

I'm actually in love with his face lol. His expression is awesome 
I also like the detail in his hair, the receded hair-line etc work really well. It's like you've given him some character, rather than making him generically good looking like most human skins

Pink Guy in Fancy Clothes was a pretty random texture, with no backstory, so no. As for Jaian, yeah, they're from the same universe, just eons apart.
