Is there any thread or page that tell us what consequences await us when we choose to do or not to do events (like in the 1st chap of FHB if you kill the black dragon then what happens later)?

There isn't, though some people have posted in some threads the consequences of the choices.

Killing the Black Dragon doesn't afect the story, except some minor changes in the dialogue.
