[Solved] A question about JNGP

Is it possible to run JNGP without normal WE? or Warcraft?

No. If you don't have Warcraft 3 installed it will bring up the same error that the normal WE will bring up when you don't have Warcraft 3 installed. Although, it may give a separate grimoire error too. You can edit that out probably, but some features (like test maps) may not work.
