If someone can give me links or at least a name.
Im looking for a program to change the Desktop pictures like windows 7 dose,but i don't want a program that i need to open every time i open my computer,if it has a auto-open feature or other stuff to auto start it would be great,all suggestions will be rewarded with +rep!

Well, I guess Oceanis Change Background could come in handy (just pin it to taskbar)

I do actually but its XP not 7 so thats why i need it
