A new Local Disk popped up...

When I opened My Computer Directory, I saw something strange...
There's B:\ Local Disk which I don't have before, It has same size with my C:\ Local Disk... What is that? Is this a virus? I am scared to turn off the computer now... Any comments would be greatly appreciated...

In a nutshell: It's the disk where important stuff is in, ain't a virus, don't touch/remove shit out of it.
