A Hero who can create a Hero unit and become a "Temple" afterwards.

So, let's imagine I have a Hero Unit. It has an ability which creates another Hero Unit, and this other Hero Unit can only be revived at the original Hero Unit. I guess I'm not completely sure how I'd set it up.

I guess an analogy would be a WoW Hunter-esque Hero Unit, who could create a Animal Hero Unit, which would in itself be an independent Hero, but could only be revived at the original Hero upon death.

Can it be done, good Sirs?

Do you want the original hero to remain a hero or could it just be a basic building like an altar? Do you want the original hero to be able to move? Temple makes me think you want it to be more like a building.

I think the easiest way would be give it an ability that runs a trigger to "revive unit instantly."

I would want the original Hero to still be a Hero, but still get the revival functionality of a Temple, once the created Hero dies.
Look at an Altar in the Object Editor and figure out what combination of settings make it able to revive heroes. Then copy those settings over to your original Hero and see if it works.

Hint: There's almost always an Ability or multiple Abilities associated with a unit's special behavior. Also, I know for a fact that there's fields related to Reviving, it shouldn't be too hard to find them (look for the word "revive").

That being said, I assume that an Altar has to be a Building in order for this to work, which is why triggering it is likely the best option.
