1. Is it possible to create terrain boundaries like you could in WC3?

2. How do I make the screen completely black like in Mafia? do I have to create a dialog item image and attach a large black picture to it?

3. Will triggers like these cause the game to lag?

1. Yes, you can even go a step up and resize the play field ingame without breaking the mini-map.

2. Use a custom light that floods the screen with black. Remember to test on low visual settings as well as high visual settings to avoid bugs.

There is probably an actor approach as well.

3. No as it generates no net traffic. It is however a stupid trigger as you can easilly add and remove buff behaviours from units that give the unit a 1eps regeneration. As that would then use the native regeneration support it would be a lot more efficient than any trigger.

Want integer regeneration only? Also possible using only the data editor. Get the behaviour to perodicly run an effect which adds 1 energy to the unit. Should still peform better than the trigger approach.
