-the light has a weird angle coming into the cave... so it doesn't really look like legit light :/

These are posted in the order i did them (having gaps of a couple months of inactivity between them)

i would really love some advice on improving :/ (aside from what i already put myself)

I like them all, very much - good work so far!

1. Regarding the first pic i dont like the trees, as you have already mentioned they dont fit so well. I would recommend the Deadwood Trees from the UTM.
You should also add fog in the We Map preferences, maybe some more eerie fog... Also you should put some grass beside the way and some flipped trees would make a fine addition.

2.
The second one got real nice reflections. Some lilipats and river rushes would be fine. And maybe set some trees right it looks like they are floating in the air.
You should also rework the waterfall a bit.

3.
I absolutely like the scene with the light falling through the entrance. It could be a nice idea if you indicate some water floating underneath the bridge. The stairs seem to fall down in front of the pic and some columns wich hold the bridge woul make a nice addition.

But so far really like them and cant wait so see some updates!

I really like the one with the dark cave. It could use another update with a new bridge, and the cave should be made to give it a more epic feeling. It looks sinister like the one in Harry Potter 6.

Everything is really nice. The only thing I noticed is that the trees in the first terrain must be changed.
I especially liked the water in terrain2.
