I have made my own icon, with all different versions; BTN, DISBTN, PASBTN and DISPASBTN.
But when im going to shrink the size to 64x64 pixels (Its 192x192 right now), it ruins the picture by making the nice metal-frame gray. I know why this happens (its black and white), but dont know a way to solve it.

Do i really have to set the size to 64x64?, and if i do, how do i make it without ruining the picture?

Yeah i will, of course thats the easiest way. But its harder make more detailed icons then, even though its hard to make some parts look good later. Just wish me luck in my icon making :p
