64 strikes Neji Spell

I am working on a small Anime map and I'm having trouble making Neji's ultimate, 64 Strikes. If someone could make this spell I would be forever greatful!

64 Strikes
- Neji targets an enemy and starts wailing on them with very fast attacks.
- He attacks them 64 times in a very short time frame, (maybe like 4-6 seconds)
- At the end of the attack the enemies mana will be lost (maybe using Mana Burn?)

if someone could plz make this spell for Me I will add credits and everything! much love!
