2 Questions about Heal (Aura only heals allies)

Ok, can anyone tell me how to make the Brilliance Aura - But instead of Mana, it shall reg. Life...

2nd Question... How can I make, that the Heal-Fountain only heals Friendly Units (No Computer Creeps)^^

1) Use "Unholy Aura" or "Regeneration Aura" (this one is in Items' category); it comes with percents and flat bonuses, depending on the boolean you set.

2) Go to "Targets allowed" and tick "Player units".
