2 model edits malfunctioning

I've now come across the same problem as before, but with a different texture and model. I tried to Recompress the texture but it won't work for some reason. Could someone fix it?

Apparently its the texture that is having the bugs =\
If you wish to fix it by yourself, just use War3Viewer to recompress it with lower quality of compression such as 75%
