Is it possible to run 2 instances of the world editor at once? Since I need some things copied from one of my old maps to a new one. And having to copy every single thing manually would take a decade.

You can open two maps with the same editor and switch between them under "window". Then you can copy things from one to the other by using Ctrl+C in one map, switching maps, and using Ctrl+V in the other map.

Open the object editor and go to the file tab. Down the list you will see "Export Unit Settings..." or "Export All Object Data..." , click whichever is better for you. Then in the map where you want the data to go, just import it using the other buttons.
