I want to create a Ability called "Dual Form Transformation" (Concept Name) that changes some Properties of the Unit like the Illidan Transformation Ability but using two different Effects instead of changing the Unit Type.

Dual Form Transformation
Vesperion(Custom Race I want to create) units can switch between two distinct states:

• Luminous Form: Enhances durability, improves healing and regeneration, and bestows supportive buffs for sustained combat.
• Shadow Form: Grants stealth, increased movement and attack speed, and allows for sudden burst damage ideal for ambushes.

Below are two detailed spell effect concepts for the Dual Form Transformation ability—one for the Luminous Form and one for the Shadow Form. Each form has a set of three planned animations (birth, stand, and death) that together create a seamless, thematic transformation.

Luminous Form​

Birth Animation (Transformation Initiation):

• Visuals:
  The unit begins to glow as soft golden and silver light starts to pulse from its core. Ethereal particles—resembling tiny motes of light—converge around the unit. A circular halo expands outward as the unit’s silhouette is gradually overlaid with a radiant aura.
• Effects:
  As the transformation proceeds, beams of light streak outward briefly, symbolizing the unit drawing energy from a mystical source. The color gradually shifts to a brighter, almost blinding intensity at the climax of the animation, then settles into a steady glow.
• Sound:
  A gentle, rising chime or ethereal choir swells during the transformation, emphasizing purity and renewal.

Stand Animation (Active State Loop):

• Visuals:
  In its Luminous state, the unit stands with a subtle, constant radiance. A soft, pulsating glow covers the unit’s body, with intermittent bursts of light trailing from its edges. Tiny, sparkling particles float slowly around it, reinforcing its otherworldly resilience.
• Effects:
  There might be a slight shimmering or pulsing effect to indicate a continuous flow of regenerative energy, perhaps with occasional lens flares when the unit moves or attacks.
• Sound:
  A faint ambient hum or light, choral background may play subtly in the unit’s vicinity to reinforce its aura.

Death Animation (Termination of Form):

• Visuals:
  When the luminous form ends—either through reverting or upon death—the unit’s bright aura rapidly intensifies before bursting outward in a flash of blinding light. This burst quickly dissipates into a shower of glowing particles that fade slowly, leaving a brief afterglow in the area.
• Effects:
  The unit’s figure might briefly appear to disintegrate into luminous fragments, which then coalesce back into nothingness, symbolizing the loss of its enhanced state.
• Sound:
  A descending series of chimes or a soft, echoing fade-out reinforces the loss of the radiant power.

Birth Animation (Transformation Initiation):

  As the unit begins transforming into Shadow Form, a swirling vortex of inky black smoke and dark violet mist engulfs it. Shadowy tendrils emerge and curl around the unit, gradually masking its bright features. The color tone shifts from its normal hues to deep, muted shades with a subtle purple underglow.
• Effects:
  A rippling distortion effect might briefly appear on the unit’s surface as if reality is warping around it. Gradually, the swirling mist settles, leaving the unit with an eerie, semi-transparent cloak of shadows.
• Sound:
  A low, rumbling hum or whispered, ethereal voices provide a mysterious and foreboding cue during the transformation.

Stand Animation (Active State Loop):

• Visuals:
  In Shadow Form, the unit is partially cloaked in shifting, dynamic darkness. Faint, animated tendrils of shadow ripple along its edges, and parts of its body seem to blur into a smoky silhouette. The overall appearance is sleek, with an almost liquid quality to the shadows.
• Effects:
  The unit may exhibit subtle flickers or pulses of dark energy that hint at sudden bursts of speed or stealth. A soft, dark aura might circulate around it, blending seamlessly with its surroundings to enhance its stealth capability.
• Sound:
  A muted, constant undertone—like a soft whisper or wind—can be looped subtly to enhance the secretive atmosphere.

Death Animation (Termination of Form):

• Visuals:
  When the Shadow Form ends, the unit appears to unravel into a cloud of dark, dissipating mist. The swirling tendrils explode outward briefly as if the shadows are scattering in a burst of darkness before fading away completely.
• Effects:
  The effect might simulate the unit “melting” into shadowy particles that quickly dissolve into the ambient darkness, leaving no trace behind.
• Sound:
  A soft, fading echo or a brief, low-pitched note that gradually fades out reinforces the disappearance of the shadowy form.
