1.31 broken BlzSetAbility... functions

It seems that
BlzSetAbilityTooltip
BlzSetAbilityExtendedTooltip
BlzSetUnitAbilityManaCost
BlzSetUnitAbilityCooldown
do not work in 1.31 however BlzSetAbilityIcon still works. Can someone else test this?

It seems that instead of using ability levels 1,2,... I need to use 0,1,2 (so level 1 ability becomes level 0) then it works.
I have attached example map if someone needs it.
