Zant from Zelda Twilight Princess. Using an elaborate animation set from a Frieza model that fits him pretty well given how crazy he is.
Would have posted him sooner, but he uses some in-game shadow texture from Illidan that gets destroyed with Reforged, and I had to replace it with a custom generic texture, much like my Porky model.

Conversion to Warcraft 3, animation transfer, animation tweaks by Warlord.
