67chrome: There seems to be a lack in variety in the tiles, and considering the purpose of doing this as much variety should be implemented in this skin as possible. The grass appears in a gray and brown form, there are two blue and white tiles and a total of six totally black tiles. So I'm requiring you make at least sixteen different tiles for me to approve this, and considering the first half of the skin contains two tile variants I'd really recommend doing seventeen, so as there is only one black tile.
I really like the brick tile, see if you can make more with the level of detail of that one. Also, the blue checkered tiles don't seem to be terribly useful, I can't imagine them fitting in very well in many maps, they look more like a modern day kitchen tile than anything else. Try toning down the saturation of your colors to 50% to offer a more grim medieval feel.
Anyways, this looks like a decent start for a skin, you just have to finish it XD

67chrome: You should really change one of the blue/white tiles to something else, I'm sure you can come up with 1 more tile variation...
You should try getting rid of the hairy/scratchy effect present on all the tiles as well, use a blur tool with a really small brush size to smooth out some of that texture, and try sharpening the edges of things like the bricks.
