I'm using both MDLVIS and Magos Model Editor and the animation is based on Stormreaver Warlock.
Also, the model is based on Tuskarr and Sea Turtle.

A nice set of model edits based on the Stormreaver Orc Warlock model.
Nice use of textures and good adaptation of in-game assets.
