Nice idea for the shield surface with some metal-like material : but just one thing , the blacklight surface of the shield should be close to the ground , even the metal should be like this . Now its opposite .

Stand Victory can be reused as Spell, maybe add particles like kangyun did with Liadrin model. For shield bash can be used Модель Бессмертного Мстителя - Братство Стали / WarCraft 3 / Игры и Развлечения - XGM model's "Shield Defend" sequence. With credits to it's author of course. Or perhaps eredar warlock's "Attack - 2" sequence like on Alpalan Two Eyes

Can you make a version with a cape? Only in this way can the commander be worthy of the name. Otherwise, I will treat him as an ordinary soldier with different shapes.
