The only thing IMO that don't help this model too much are the animations. The last one is fitting but the rest are simply melee oriented.

Alright, seeing that you added team-color using the Hero glow method automatically classifies the model as a Hero. Please add a "Dissipate" animation along with the dissipate sound event object. The model also still has Sanity Issues.
