The seer is covered with the might the winds, reducing all the damage he takes by x%. Also reduces the attack speed, movement speed and damage output of nearby enemy units by 30%. Aerial enemies also take damage.
Passive: grants windfury upon killing enemies, granting attack speed and movement speed.
